McCullough Law is seeking a full-time Trust Administration and Probate Paralegal to join our fast-growing company and contribute to building the trust administration and probate division of our firm. Responsibilities

  • Draft customized and detailed legal documents and supporting documents execute the goals and wishes of the decedent as intentionally structured and outlined for attorney review
  • Ensure legal documents articulate and achieve the clients goals and objectives according to attorneys recommendations
  • Conduct legal research to ensure documents meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws
  • Prepare deeds, asset spreadsheets, and probate pleadings
  • Coordinate with the clients, advisors, and third party professionals
  • Consistently and accurately update the client management system for client records
  • Collaborate with our executive team to assist in building the trust administration and probate area of our firm

Requirements

  • Two or more years of paralegal experience required
  • Knowledge of the trust administration and probate process, rules, and procedures required
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent drafting, proofreading, critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Effective time management and organization to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Welcomes and implements feedback
  • Empathetic relationship builder offering high-level client services
  • Must have professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday Friday from 8:25 a.m. 5:00 p.m. on multiple projects at a time

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $48,000-$60,000 DOE*
