McCullough Law is seeking a Utah-licensed trust administration and probate attorney with three or more years of experience in this area of law to join our fast-growing firm. Responsibilities - Proactively support, assist, and collaborate with the McCullough Law team
- Succinctly and confidently communicate and effectively execute high level concepts of trust administration and probate to clients
- Apply concepts and knowledge to effectively execute the goals and wishes of the decedent as intentionally structured and outlined
- Provide best recommendations and assist clients through the probate and/or trust administration process
- Critically think through complex situations, tax laws, and estate plans to clearly and succinctly determine and communicate best recommendations
- Meet and exceed expectations by building relationships with clients and providing an elevated and individualized experience consistently
- Ensure legal documents meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws
- Receive, learn from, and implement consistent feedback from team members
- Collaborate with our executive team to build the trust administration and probate division of our firm
Requirements - Three or more years of trust administration and probate experience
- Licensed with the state of Utah
- Additional licensure or education, such as MAcc, LLM, MPA, or MBA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personable with the ability to express themselves and complex concepts with clarity and conciseness
- Possess high standards of excellence; efficient and timely
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits - Annual Salary: $77,000 - $110,000 DOE*
- Bonuses based on overall firm performance
