We have partnered with a large law firm in the Hackensack, NJ area to provide them with a Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager.

Responsibilities of the Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager:
Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients, keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process, keeping track of when documents are forwarded to clients, and following up to ensure documents are executed. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player. Have excellent written and verbal skills. Requirements of the Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in Trust and Estate Practice Development Manager within a law firm.
- College Degree preferred.
