Job Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning Entire Unit

- Painting and Plastering

- Light Plumbing (i.e. repairing faucets/installing sink)

- Light Electrical

- Changing Locks

- Fix Windows

- Glazing Tubs

-Flooring (as necessary)

Ideally a turnover unit should be move-in ready

Candidate requirements are as followed:

- Must be handy with all types of repairs

- Must own a vehicle

- Must have their own tools

- Must be willing to drive in the Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic Counties

- Must be responsible

SALARY:$400-$500 PER UNIT
