Omni Therapy, a leader in Hospital & Health Care, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered designs for our web and mobile applications. They will work closely with product managers and development teams to create engaging user experiences. The UI/UX Designer will be a crucial part of our effort to improve healthcare through technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and have experience with user research methods.
• Experience with responsive design and web and mobile app design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
