The primary duties will include:
Develop and maintain an effective team through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of personnel.
Handle the team efficiently while staying unbiased towards teammates.
Have a pleasing yet effective interaction with clients!
Update the project manager & other related higher authorities about the performance of team members.
Guide and nurture the best interests of team members along with that of the organization.
Lead recruitment related activities: Associate with the HR department to grow the team in size and expertise, with the right resources and at the right time.
