Kforce s client based in Corte Madera, CA is looking for a UI lead Engineer for a long term, contract opportunity. This project will start as a 6-month contract and extends in 6-month increments (based on performance!) with a high possibility of conversion down the line. This role requires the candidates to work from onsite location. Recent and relevant eCommerce and Retail experience. At least 10 years of practical full-time work experience in a similar role. Having strong experience as a Java/JavaSript Web Developer with diversified exposure to solutioning, analysis, design, development and implementation of web-based/Digital applications. Working Knowledge of common programming languages (functional, experienced in Node.js, Angular/React.js) They use React for the Front end and AWS as their main public cloud, they are a heavy Java Shop Experience in creating, managing scalable microservices or headless implementations Ability to understand the intricacies and challenges of a multi-tenant, API based e-commerce platform built on the newest technologies (CommerceTools/ATG/Custom Microservices Platform) Having experience working with database technologies like SQL, No SQL DB (GraphQL) Experience with the Serverless Framework. Good Knowledge of GCP/Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Continuous integration with orchestration tools. Develop extensions on top of the core services, if required. Experience with modern cloud architecture and paradigms. Fast, as well as continuous, learner. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, high reliability team player and a good dose of Pragmatism Required Skills : React/React hooks is required. Server side rendering with React fragile today extremely valuable to have depth here AEM UI dev experience would be fantastic to have not required but a major plus Web Pack, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Modern JavaScript ES6 and AEM.
