As a UI/UX Developer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about UX/UI design, stays updated on the latest design trends and best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience working in a startup or tech environment.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
