I have an opportunity for "Senior Cloud Developer" _ McLean, VA - HYBRID" and I am looking for a candidate who can join Immediately if you are interested, reply to me with your updated resume or if you could refer someone I would really appreciate it. Position : Senior Cloud Developer Location : Mclean, VA - (Hybrid) Duration : 6 to 12 Months Experience : 15 years and Above - Location: Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Client highly prefers candidates who are local to the DMV.
The team is working on the Data platform in AWS. - The Candidate will be responsible for building infrastructure in the cloud.
- Python is used for both scripting and programming. The candidate must have Python programming experience for this role. Major infrastructure components are written in Python.
- Must have experience in Unix and Linux environments(link removed)> Shell scripting done in Linux.
- Experience in AWS services must have.
- DevOps experience is also accepted.
- Database experience: Experience in relational databases (SQL etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Snowflake) is NOT required.
- Industry experience: Infrastructure development
- Must Haves: AWS Services Knowledge (S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, IAM, Route53) Python scripting and Shell scripting
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- AWS cloud services such as CloudFormation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS and many more.
- 5+ years of Python and Shell scripting.
- 5+ years of proven ability in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization.
- 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience working with AWS services EC2, EMR, S3, EKS, RDS, EMR, Lambda, SNS, SQS.
- 5+ years of large-scale digital transformation & AWS Cloud migration hands on experience with multiple technology areas like API, Microservices, Event Streaming, Logging & Monitoring, Containers, Serverless Frameworks, AI & ML etc.), API Platform (Apigee), Kafka, AMQ.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution, data, architecture applied to multiple large-scale enterprise systems.
- 5+ years of extensive knowledge and experience in the Data technologies for Data Analytics, Data Warehouse)
