FEW POINTS YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF AT THE TIME OF HIRING:
If you are getting agents experienced in a few scammed processes like Tec support, SSN, and Payday loan. try to avoid those candidates, see, as per our experience if those agents are performing well then, those agents can give you monthly min 10k USD as revenue, whereas other hand other agents can give you on avg 4-5k USD/m as sell volume. because they are very much aggressive on selling and have sharp minds so, thousands of rebuttals they can invent instantly. But as we are collecting customer-sensitive data like credit card information, due to it will be risky to work with them. because you do not know who is good or who is bad. Once they will know the whole process, they will run their own means they will not sell at your center, they will get customers from your center later they will made sell behind or scam with customers on your company name. because here 60-70% of sales are not happening at the same day. And to be caught by you or figured out by you it will be so late.

Must have excellent English communication skills. Freshers will do if they have Command over the English language over American Slang
All candidates should have good knowledge of the Internet, and basic computer knowledge like operating MS Office, and email.
Quick thinker & Quick learner. FEEDBACK & REVIEW
Should have a good /vast stock of words at the time of English communication.
Candidates should have the capability to speak in English on any topic.
Min 12 months experience in any USA voice process (not traditional customer support, the candidate should have experience in any selling process).
Car / Auto enthusiasts are mandatory.
