Description:
Hybrid role: 1-2 days in onsite
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST

Objectives:
Deliver accurate and timely execution reporting to National Execution Director and broader KAM team to drive increased visibility to Albertsons programming success
Support team processes and administrative tasks to improve team effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
  • KAM Call: Lead presentation building for bi-weekly KAM call
  • Equipment: Track, report, and process equipment orders from Frito-Lay KAMs to Headquarters (daily)
  • POET: Update and communicate POET order recap (weekly file update)
  • Ad Compliance: Track and update ad compliance reporting (weekly file update, Wednesdays)
  • Meeting Coordination: Support team in meeting management including reservations, agenda building, AV coordination, budget tracking, sampling coordination and attendee tracking
  • Support team with adhoc administrative tasks
  • Equipment: Track, report, and process equipment orders from Frito-Lay KAMs to Headquarters (daily)
Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point
  • 3 years of experience in Sales
  • High School diploma OR bachelor's Required.
  • Must have a good Skills in communications,Customer Accounts, Leadership, Account management.
