Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of UX Designer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The UX Designer will be responsible for working with product owners, software developers, software testers, and end-users to design solutions using various theoretical approaches, industry best-practices, application-oriented research methods, and latest software tools and technologies. Responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements to deliver an outstanding user experience. Provide intuitive application design by turning interfaces into rich user experiences through user research, ethnographic interviews, contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, user journey maps, and user behavior modeling to create wireframes, design concepts, and graphic layouts.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus two (2) years of experience in an IT/Computer-related position. Experience may be gained prior to or concurrently with required education.
