Role: UX Designer
Location: Tampa ,FL
Duration and Hire Type: 12+ months Contract

Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for monitoring and managing UX for projects within the healthcare and life sciences vertical.
Lead CX journey mapping and design strategy for client engagements including workshops
Overlook creative design/digital marketing deliverables for the design studio
Work directly with client stakeholders to discover project scope and gather requirements
Create use cases to identify user roles and user objectives
Analyse data and content to architect website sitemaps and application screen flows
Conceptualize the layout of intuitive user interfaces in the form of wireframe mock-ups
Optimize the usability of existing interfaces by assessing the existing layout of data and proposing updated layouts and functionality
Present and justify proposed mock-up solutions internally and to clients
Document functional requirements of proposed interface solutions
Ability to run design workshops and document outcomes
Calculate design efforts and provide estimations/people loading maps

Qualifications & Required Skills
Required - Minimum 4 years of industry experience working in the CX consultancy space. Experience in the healthcare domain would be a plus.
Required - BA/BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required - Must present a portfolio of industry examples illustrating step-by-step solutions to project requirements
Required - Must be a resourceful self-starting individual capable of creating workflows conforming to the needs of the position
Ability in architecting solutions by creating IAs, use cases and user journeys
Ability in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, XD or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in prototyping tools like Invision, Axure, Principal etc
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Understanding of Design Language systems for corporate brands
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Good to have HTML, CSS & JavaScript skills for developing screens
