Your Opportunity:

An exciting new opportunity awaits for an experienced Sales Specialist Education, Key Opinion Leader management to join our high performing General Imaging sales team looking after the
Ultrasound
portfolio. While a base in Sydney is preferred, candidates from Melbourne and Brisbane are also encouraged to apply.

As the Modality Sales Specialist specializing in Ultrasound Education and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management, your role encompasses driving education, training, KOL management, and event coordination for the Ultrasound strategy from start to finish. You are tasked with enhancing customer experience by delivering innovative training, education solutions, and KOL management throughout the entire lifecycle of our equipment, extending beyond installation and handover.


You are responsible for


Serve as a subject matter expert on ultrasound education, understanding the needs and challenges of customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor education solution to meet the specific needs of target audiences.

Conduct product training sessions to showcase the value and functionality of our ultrasound offerings to the ultrasound market.

Identify and engage key opinion leaders within the ultrasound and customer communities to advocate for our products and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs through regular communication, advisory meetings and collaboration on educational initiatives.

Plan, coordinate and execute educational events, workshops and symposiums targeted at ultrasound clinicians and sonographers.

Manage all aspects of event logistics whilst working closely with marketing, but including agenda development, speaker recruitment and promotional activities whilst working closely with marketing.

Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance attendee experience and drive engagement.

Proficient in prioritizing customer satisfaction through attentive listening and leveraging personal insights to understand stakeholder, business, and performance requirements, offering tailored guidance on learning solutions.

Committed to Operational Excellence, consistently setting higher standards in learning by challenging practices in alignment with our strategic direction and understanding of needs.

Ideally you will possess working knowledge of the Philips Ultrasound portfolio and a thorough awareness of the competitive environment. Demonstrating expertise in product features, ideally with a track record of 2 years' experience working with the system or similar solutions.

Good knowledge of the system architecture and used technology.

You possess effective communication skills and excel in cultivating strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
