Campaign / MarTech Analysts specifically apply their skills in the Marketing domain to scope, design and deliver optimal customer communications in collaboration with Data Scientists, and Marketers. They also deeply understand the power of data to generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends and make decisions.


Within the Personalisation Tribe, our Martech analysts will provide support to the wider Martech user community across Xerago by providing training and best practice guidance on all our Martech toolkit; ensuring governance frameworks are designed and followed by all Martech analysts; and providing day to day support when required.

Required Skills:

Undertake Campaign Build through Unica suite.

Good understanding of Unica Interact, Deliver, Journey, Plan, Campaign.

Good exposure on performance management in Unica.

Good understanding of Data warehousing (eg Oracle, Teradata) and technical understanding of Unica capability.

Good understanding of SQL/PL-SQL.

Strong Problem-solving capabilities.

Good scripting (Shell/Bash) knowledge.

Good troubleshooting on Application Servers (Websphere/Jboss or any).

Ensure efficient and effective customer contact and campaign execution, including the management and orchestration/arbitration of contact framework and frequency rules, channel specific requirements and rules, key inclusion and exclusion requirements & needs, and efficient customer journey orchestration

Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

Hands-on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation.

Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced

Ensure campaigns adhere to Governance and process requirements

Enhance Campaign Management capability (new data source, channels or functionality)

Document and Communicate Change to the Campaign Development community

Deliver training and support to other campaign users

Develop strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations and communicate with stakeholders

Understand the legal, regulatory and policy requirements for usage of customer data, including customer opt-outs, consents & preferences, and privacy considerations
