We have an immediate opening for a Regional Director who would oversee up to five schools:

• Working to ensure a positive environment for the children, employees, and families
• Assessing current centers to determine maintenance and operational support needed for ongoing growth and success
• Conducting regular center walk-throughs and reporting on overall performance and plan for improvements, if necessary
• Ensuring centers operate within budget and meet or exceed enrollment targets
• Guiding, mentoring, training, retaining, and coaching as a member of the leadership team
• Supporting new and upcoming initiatives as needed

Total Compensation Package: $95K-$140K, including benefits and childcare discount

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Education
• Minimum 3 years experience leading a team in the field of Education
• Proficient in all basic Microsoft programs and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail with well-honed organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Get It Done attitude along with being a team player
