A renowned restaurant management company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Upscale Dining Floor Manager to join our team in our new upscale dining establishment located in New York City. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing an upscale dining experience for our valued guests.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on quality, service, and attention to detail. With our newest upscale dining concept, we aim to create a sophisticated and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining floor, ensuring seamless service
Train and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Dining Floor Manager in an upscale restaurant environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
