Job Description
:
- Manage the productivity and activity of existing premier agent.
- Encourage, Train & Develop existing partner to perform
- Meet the budgeted business numbers
- Coach & Train agents to work independently & digitally.
- Initiatives to improve partner income
Must require:
Exp: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in insurance Agency Channel or from broking companies.
CTC: Upto 10 Lac + Other benefits
Age: Below 40
