NEW PermanentUrgent Care APP Openings - Upstate,SouthwesternNew York

• Permanent full time position
• 2 openings
• Require at least 2 years of Urgent Care, Acute Care, or Primary Care experience
• Schedule: ideally 3 x 10 hour shifts/week + 1 x 6 hour split shift/week (+ 4 hours/week admin) SOLO PROVIDER ON SHIFT (with support from EM APPs when available/as needed)
• This position is located in upstate,SouthwesternNew York with an outstanding small 45+ bedacute care facility.
