We provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible medical care to some of the most vulnerable and under-served residents of New York State. Guided by a Population Health model of care, we has five integrated clinical divisions offering urgent care, primary care, and specialty services, as well as nursing home staffing and care management.
Salary: $250,000

Must have Qualifications/Requirements of an Urgent Car Physician (MD):
- BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care/Hospice or Family Medicine.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) degree from an accredited United States medical school.
- Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution or completed a US residency or 5-year pathway.
- Active NY License.
- Current New York State Medical Practitioner License.
- Family Medicine preferred.
