LCRA is looking for a seasoned Systems Administrator focusing on technologies like Endpoint Administration, Group Policy, and Mobility to join our Applications Administration team. You will serve as a key resource to ensure overall success for the continued implementation and operation of our endpoint management environment. This role will also work with tools like: Ivanti, JAMF, Intune and InsightVM and any IT projects as needed

You will be trusted to:
Administers software applications in areas such as configuration, deployment, installation, tuning, monitoring, maintenance, updating, documentation and data archiving for all endpoint devices. Works with QA/QC team to test, review and document installation, operation and troubleshooting procedures. Designs, documents and implements backup, recovery, disaster recovery and monitoring plan for software applications and endpoint devices.
Expectation of role is that applicant will take LCRA funded Ivanti training and receive certification (CCA-V) within 6 months of employment.
You qualify with: (Required Skills and experience)
Learn to Administer, Monitor, Maintain, update Ivanti Endpoint Management.
Desktop & Application implementations, upgrades, system testing, problem resolution, and performance monitoring.
Assists in providing recommendations, improvements and ways to continually advance the user experience.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving user Incidents - Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Assist in development of documentation (Admin & End User) for implementation and utilization of Ivanti Endpoint Management.
Knowledge Documentation and Transfer for support of other departments
PowerShell scripting
Group Policy
Active Directory
SCCM
MDT
Software Distribution
Knowledge of server and desktop operating systems
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field or 5 years of experience

With this role you would be responsible for a variety of critical End Point Management responsibilities involving Ivanti EPM and other tools. This role will also be asked to work special projects as needed to assist other IT and business teams as needed.
