Position: Lead Oracle PLM Support Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Candidate with 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM.
  • Co-lead a team of engineers and support analysts at both onsite and offshore to ensure high-performance that consistently and iteratively delivers high-impact, high-quality solutions.
  • Hands on Oracle Agile PLM experience with design, customization, configuration, administration and mapping.
  • Candidate should have experience in following Agile PLM modules Product Collaboration (PC), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Product Cost Management (PCM), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance (PG&C)
  • Demonstrated experience with all engineering data analysis including items, bills of materials, item attributes etc.
  • Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to end users via remote client connectivity or collaborative web meeting.
  • Work closely with end users on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and risk, whilst looking for opportunities to innovate and streamline.
  • Interfaces with different teams to structure the delivery of support and services, and drive results on strategic service initiatives.
  • Customer satisfaction focus with success measured by how well your team is delivering against requirements.
  • Experience in managing complex customer services operational/delivery issues to resolution.
  • Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience.
