Job Details: Job Title: ITIL Process Manager - Location: Richmond, VA 23219 Type: 06 months(Possibility of Extension) Both Either Phone or In Person Job Description: Short Description: ITIL Process Manager **This position requires onsite several days a week, NO exceptions **Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through Client's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking Complete Description: The Client IT Service Management portfolio is seeking an individual with significant expertise implementing ITIL methodology to support the delivery of IT services in an Enterprise environment. This person should be ITIL v4 certified and have real world experience assessing and implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management at a minimum. ITSM would utilize this resource to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps in workflow and process and provide relevant recommendations for improvement.
