Either Phone or In Person Interview Job Description: Client is seeking an IT Asset Management Process Analyst with experience in assessing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on a statewide ITIL compliant Asset Management program. The role focuses on inventory management for an Enterprise workstation environment, including workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and various end-user asset tracking. The ideal candidate should have expertise in policy, process, and procedures. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all processes adhere to governance standards and are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing IT asset management processes within Client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Client to collect process-related data and insights. Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and compliance risks. Document client's specific ITAM processes, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
