Experience required :- 3+ Years

Job Description

• 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Training Management Portal, Training Coordination
• 2 Years of Experience in Regulated Industry e.g. Medical Devices

Technical and Functional Skills

• Understanding on Medical Device Quality Management Systems along with ISO 13485
• Understanding of Training & Competency Management Platforms
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management Tools
• Record creation and/ or management
• Project Management

Experience Required:-

• Must have experience in the regulated industry as well as a basic understanding of the quality systems
• Must have experience in Documentation for medical devices (Activity Tracking, Status Report, Escalation Reports)
• Must have experience in Training & Competency Portal Management

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Creating training course, uploading training records in the Compliance wire Training Management system
• Creating curriculum, adding a course into curriculum, removing a course from curriculum in the Compliance wire Training Management system
• Creating user group, creating a recurring assignment to users & executing / generating reports in the Compliance wire Training Management System.
• Participation in and facilitation of discussion with customers and stakeholders.
• Overall project management.
