Express is urgently hiring for a Utility Billing Specialist in Moscow! As a Utility Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the billing process for utility services. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Kindness, compassion, and the ability to be social in this role are HUGE as is requires significant front facing customer service.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in Billing, Bookkeeping, or Accounting required.
• Skilled at conflict resolutions and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Compile and input statistical information into appropriate systems
• Secure all sensitive information/documents
• Maintain effective workflow and communication
• Other administration duties, as assigned

Job Duties:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of utility bills.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing billing inquiries
• Maintain precise billing records, process final bills, and refunds.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to support decision-making.
• Follow up on unpaid bills, sending past due and turn-off notices as needed.
• Assist with coordination of duties and training of assigned staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date utility records and billing information.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
