Currently searching for 2nd & 3rd shift Utility Workers for a manufacturing facility in the Grand Blanc area.

 

2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm

3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am

Pay Rate: $12/hr (additional 75 cent shift premium) 

Also, performance reviews ever 90 days can earn you up to an additional $2.50/hr per year!

As a Utility Team Member you will be responsible for performing Quality inspections,  moving materials (with a forklift truck) for production, driving a floor sweeper, keeping the driveway & sidewalks clear (plow truck & shovel), pick up & removing industrial trash, calibrating Draw scales, Cleaning out Pickle tanks (weekly), and assisting with any shop projects the supervisors assign them to.

 

Past experience is not required

Familiarity with fork trucks is a plus

Must pass background, drug screen, and physical exam

Required to work every other weekend (1.5x pay over 40hrs & 2x on Sundays)

Must pass mechanical aptitude test
