Masters degree preferred; Bachelors required.  Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth development experience in the state or local public sector based on knowledge of the unique challenges of public sector business needs.  Candidates will be evaluated on technical merit and experience, but also team leadership skills, project management, and soft skills for customer service and interaction.
