Minimum of 8+ Years working Experience with Virtual environments like VMware including VDI, Windows Servers. Minimum 4+ Years of Hands on Experience on Horizon View environment to perform installation, configuration, administration, support, and troubleshooting. Hands-on knowledge and experience with virtual desktop and published application delivery using VMware Horizon View, Microsoft RDSH Experience in Handling VMware Horizon Linked Clone / Full clone VDI s. Experience on Products like Lakeside Systrack, AppSense/Ivanti, Turbonomics is added advantage. Knowledge on Core end user technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365 will be added advantage Experience in involving Migration Projects like Win7 to Win10. Knowledge of vSphere, NSX and other VMware technologies is a big plus. Knowledge of Scripting Languages PowerShell, PowerCli, Python is recommended Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and services such as: PCoIP, Blast, RDP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, DNS, NTP, and understanding of wider set of protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High-level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and mission focus Ability to work multiple projects and rapidly integrate and support new customers/environments
