Job Responsibilities:

• Installing Network Routers, switches, access points as well as infrastructure cabling


• Configuration of IP addresses, VLans on all network devices


• Terminate cables to 66 blocks and 110 blocks and Patch panels


• Basic knowledge of PBX, phone systems


• Interact with customers on an ongoing basis related to project implementation and execution of the service tickets


• Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Add/move/changes on Networks as well as Network-related issues with help of engineers.


• Plan installations by studying floor plans, programming guides & technical specifications as well as ability to read diagrams.


• Update job Knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading manuals and certifications

Key Competencies:

• 2+ years IP Networking experience in a customer facing environment.


• 2+ years Networking experience with a strong foundation in LAN/WAN routing, switching, and TCP/IP, VoIP.


• Knowledge of VLAN configuration and the ability to support.


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.


• Ability to assume responsibility and ownership for work performed.


• Ability to provide technical support for co-workers, customers, and other vendors.
