About the role

The VP of Product will lead creation of the product vision & strategy and lead/manage the team accountable for execution of the product roadmap, including product managers, product designers, and analytics experts. This role will have ultimate accountability for driving meaningful business outcomes for ResortPass by creating customer value across both consumers and hotel partners as well as.

Reporting into the CEO and working closely with our engineering, marketing and sales/account management teams, the VP of Product should be able to operate at both a high level and down in the details of product decisions.

What youll do

• Develop vision, strategy, and support roadmap creation for our entire product suite the consumer marketplace product and our supply-side, B2B product for hotels
• Set ambitious goals and manage teams to deliver significant impact to our customers and our business
• Partner with Engineering to build high-performing, scalable products
• Partner with our Sales and Account Management, Marketing and Business Development teams to grow the adoption and engagement of our products
• Engage in regular customer conversations with hotel partners and customers; become an expert on hotel technology
• Be the primary business owner of outcomes around retention, organic acquisition, and revenue growth
• Be a thought partner to the CEO

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with some of those in a Marketplace business and/or a product-led SaaS business
• Experience with different facets of product strategy such as innovation, growth, feature development and infrastructure
• Experience mentoring and managing product teams
• A demonstrated track record of using qualitative and quantitative measures to prioritize a product roadmap that drives measurable business outcomes
• A deep understanding of leveraging APIs to integrate 3rd party software systems
• Self-awareness with an openness to giving and receiving quality feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience
