VP / SVP Commercial Lending – Northland – Kansas City Metro

Compensation Range

$125,000 - $175,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Our client, one of Kansas City’s premier bank, has engaged with us to attract someone that will play a pivotal role in the growth of their Northland commercial banking presence. When it comes to compensation, benefits and the “complete package”, this client wins! This role may have the support of a portfolio manager, or team and will build upon an existing portfolio spanning the full spectrum of credits.

What are we looking for:

• Someone in a senior lending role today, with relationships in the east Northland KC market.


• Generalist working the full range of CRE, C&I, multifamily or builder / developer products is great.


• Live, work and play in the east Northland area of KC.


• Hunter mindset, we are growing the market.


• Production target of portfolio growth north of $10MM, variances based on loan types.
