We are looking for a Senior-Level Operations Leader with a strong finance background who has robust data management and excel skills. This role makes credit decisions and works with financial analysts and data scientists to improve credit decisioning while managing, organizing, and overseeing multiple departments on the operational side of the business. You will be responsible to ensure the business is productive and well-coordinated by managing procedures and coaching our people. This candidate is interested and committed to introspective growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage credit facility and credit policies.
Develop team by increasing efficiency/putting structure and policies in place.
Ensuring communication channels are maintained from entry level employees up to
executive management.
Data analysis to help company make better decisions.
Modeling scenarios that come up to make key business decisions.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field.
5 years' experience in senior management at a finance company
Advanced Excel Skills
Highly organized
Excellent intuitive judgment
Preferred:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
SQL Experience
Experience with financial modeling
Graduate of a Top 10 MBA Program
Qualifications
Master's degree from a Top 10 MBA Program, in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field.
Fintech or financial consulting experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in senior management at a finance company
