As the VP of Product Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a diverse range of cutting-edge beverage equipment, including brewhouse systems, canning systems, distillery systems, control panels, and more. Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of an exceptional and innovative engineering division, defining robust processes and standards for product development and enhancement.
Effectively manage and allocate engineering resources across all product lines and beverage types by overseeing the Engineering Team.
Create and deliver an unparalleled product portfolio that surpasses competitor systems, enhances customer uptime, and minimizes post-sale support needs.
Promote a continuous improvement feedback loop throughout the engineering lifecycle, collaborating with executives and departments such as Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Support, from design to installation and service.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience overseeing engineers and products at a prominent manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar software.
- Be available for full-time work in Nebraska.
Preferred:
- Previous experience managing engineering and product development for food and beverage systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with working in a private equity-backed company.
