Headquartered in London, youll be joining a global company and working across talented cross-functional teams to drive innovation and make a significant impact.


Responsibilities:

We operate in an extremely exciting but also highly competitive segment of the market. That means we need someone truly plugged into the wider world of SaaS, cloud, startups and technology that can inform our corporate and product development and - importantly - represent the business in the public arena.

In practice, thats someone who will speak at events, appear on podcasts, post to social media, engage with influential voices, network with venture capital partners, distribute content and research from the marketing team and generally evangelize the mission Vertice is on.

Youll be a part of the leadership team and a key voice in the direction of the company.

  • Publication of commentary designed to grab the attention of the media and industry somebodies, on social media and elsewhere
  • Working with the product team to inform and learn from the product roadmap - feeding broader market knowledge into our development plans and testing messaging in the wider community
  • Participation at speaking events, in-person but also online in formats such as podcasts and webinars. Engaging, story-driven presentations and talks that capture the attention of our target audience
  • Partnering with PR and marketing to inject your thoughts and quotes into rapid response pieces, as well as supporting press releases and media campaigns
  • Writing on the latest happenings in the SaaS and cloud markets, helping nurture Vertice into a genuine thought leader in the purchasing space
  • Help with the rest of the executive teams online presence, enhancing our corporate identity from a human perspective
  • Teaming up with the sales team to add killer edges to sales pitches, customer meetings, advisory boards and other commercial activity
  • Potential to work with analysts, partners, sponsors and research organizations

Requirements

Experience with:

  • Speaking engagements and other high profile exposure on a personal level
  • Worked extensively in SaaS, VC, B2B, startups, tech and other adjacent markets
  • Senior roles in either sales, marketing or product
