The VP of Quality also oversees the department of Infection Prevention anddirects the activities of surveillance of nosocomial infections, monitoring trends; initiating problem solving, analyzing outcomes, andcompiling statistics.

Qualifications:Texas State RN license or compactlicense required.
- Advanced specialty certification needs to be obtained within 90 days of hire date;
- BSN required;Masters degree required. MSN preferred.
- 5 years clinical experience required;
- 3-4 years quality/performance.
- Experience in healthcare quality or process improvement preferred.
- Experience with Risk Management
