Salary Range: $107-$134K/yearly (Based on experience), Incentive bonuses, Relocation assistance, + Competitive Benefits
Shift: Full-time; M-F 8 hour shifts

The Hospital is a 280-bed acute care facility. We have a 124-bed behavioral health unit. We are located in West Palm Beach, FL. Our services include a 24-hour Emergency Department, Advanced Primary Certified Stroke Center, Orthopedic Institute, Critical Care Unit and an Interventional Vascular Suite. Job Summary and Qualifications
The VP of Quality is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all accreditation and licensure standards at all times. Coordinates hospital-wide continuing quality improvement activities. Responsible for identification, investigation, analysis, and evaluation of risk and selection of the most advantageous method of correcting, reducing or eliminating identifiable risk. The risk responsibilities as identified by the CEO. Responsible for medical Staff activities, credentialing, and leadership. Responsible for ensuring Infection Control activities are compliant. Reports the activities of the Quality program to the Medical Staff, Leadership Team, and the Board of Trustees.
What qualifications you will need:
4 year / Bachelor Degree required
Post Graduate Degree preferred in Health Services Administration
License - FL State licensed RN or compact
CPHQ certification preferred
More than 5 years in health care experience with a focus on Quality Management, performance improvement, and/or Risk Management in a supervisory and/or management capacity required
2+ years of Quality leadership in healthcare
