InvestNext is seeking a VP of Revenue to lead its revenue-generating efforts and support rapid growth, a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling revenue streams in a SaaS or software environment, ideally within the real estate or financial services industries. The VP of Revenue will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy, scaling & managing a high-performing Sales team, providing oversight to the Marketing organization, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. As a mission-critical role within the organization, the VP of Revenue will work closely with the executive team to shape the future of the business.

Requirements

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, including the development of GTM & sales playbooks, hiring and training of new team members, and comprehensive revenue forecasting & KPI alignment.


Lead the Sales, Marketing, & Revenue Operations functions in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, including coaching and mentoring team members and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to be successful.


Collaborate with other teams within the organization, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance, to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth across the business.


Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including developing and delivering regular reports to the executive team.
