About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales who will be driving the key revenue streams of the business, including new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing customer base via a land and expand strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the global Sales and Business Development functions and will ultimately be measured on the ACV growth.

As the VP of Sales you will be responsible for managing our global Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Your goal will be to penetrate into each geographic territory to achieve both revenue growth and market share.


What Youll Do

  • Develop ROLLERs Sales and Pipeline development strategies to ensure that we achieve our new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
  • Communicate and own the execution of the strategy including budgeting, scoping, setting targets, reporting on KPIs and collaborating with other teams to ensure you are connected to the overall strategy.
  • Mentor, coach and support the Account Executives and Business Development Reps, optimizing the team to improve their ability to acquire new revenue and build pipeline.
  • Assist Account Executives where necessary to close opportunities including; being involved in the sales process for new business and partnering with the Account Management organization to manage existing accounts to drive venue expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against revenue growth goals. Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.
  • Develop and multiple channels of pipeline and revenue, including referral and reseller partnerships and customer referral programs.
  • Work with the VP of Demand Generation to ensure the top of funnel strategy aligns with your Pipeline Management strategy.
  • Present new business growth opportunities, in particular, analysis on new verticals and geographies and the product or distribution related investments required to unlock potential TAM.
  • Ability to scale sales organizations by designing effective business processes and partnering with technical resources to develop the supporting systems architecture.

About You

You bring you deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies, and are able to work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute on new business sales targets.

  • You bring 7+ years of Sales Senior Leadership experience ideally in a SaaS business, managing sales budgets, conceiving and executing effective and efficient sales process & methodologies to maximize customer acquisition.
  • You have managed or owned the inbound and outbound sales development and business development functions, and actively managed the pipe targets and process.
  • You have been involved in scaling an organization from $50M to $100M+ in revenue and have previously developed highly effective and efficient sales orgnaizations.
  • You have experience growing the capabilities of your team
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail and a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments
  • You are a highly motivated & results-driven leader who can create urgency and drive velocity in our sales cycle
  • You have a track record of being able to influence decision-making across all levels of a business without authority
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience using tools like Gong, Calendly, Slack and GSuite
