Key Roles Relationship management - Multiple distributors for VRM RM productivity - VRM resources Digital developments - Bank digital properties Marketing and product support
- Relationship management Spoc for VRM business with product teams across distributors
- Interacting with product teams on agenda setting and drives to build business
- Relationship building with distributor ground staff (Center heads, TLs) at centers to drive business
- Regularly plug in ground feedback to product team
- Fulfilling marketing and digital requirements of VRM partners for sales efficiency
- Training facilitation on products and processes for VRM and staff
- RM Productivity Setting up VRM goal sheets
- Formulating Goal sheet parameters and their roll out
- Keeping close traction on the Goal sheet parameters and the same being changed if required.
- Monitoring RMs performance closely which is month on month achievements on Gross Sales, Net Sales, SIP, AMFI (For bank)
- Encouraging them by rolling out mailers for outstanding performance based on the month end file.
- Running all employee initiatives - Plan , Launch and Update
- Digital Developments Ownership of digital project with ICICI bank
- Working closely with internal marketing and digital team on content creation
- Liasoning with I Bank digital team on development and timelines
- Objective of 100,000 SIP / month through digital properties
- Regular meeting with Bank product team
