Fairways Florida Villas, a leader in vacation property management, is looking to increase its team of highly valued employees and seeks a new part-time home inspector.

 

Duties:

• To ensure vacation home cleanliness through pre-arrival and post departure inspections, reporting issues back directly to owners.


• Ensure home inventory is complete


• Ensure TV and internet connections are working.


• Create work orders for any work required in the homes and ensure that all orders are completed.


• Liaison with cleaners and maintenance staff


• Replacement of light bulbs, filters and minor cleaning/maintenance duties


• Turn on/off pool heaters as required.   

Job Type: Part-time, may lead to full time role in new year.

 

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour – may use own vehicle if preferred and receive mileage reimbursement

 

Experience:

• Must have clean driving license, friendly personality, communicate in English and the willingness to learn.

Hours per week:

Week day working between 1000 – 1600 on mutually agreed days. Some weekend working.
