Hospitality Parking is looking to fill a Full-time Bell/Valet Attendant position for a luxury hotel in downtown San Antonio. The Bell/Valet Attendant must know how to be welcoming, warm, and attentive. This position, at its core, is all about hospitality and serving people with a smile. If providing a superior customer experience is something you're passionate about, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
The primary duties of the Bell/Valet Attendant are to help with the check-in/check-out processes, and to accommodate guests during their stay in a pleasant and efficient manner. This role serves as official greeter and escort of guests/visitors and is responsible for handling guests' luggage in a courteous and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills in English and guest relations skills are required.
This is a fun job that will allow you to leave with cash tips in your pocket at the end of each day!
Requirements include:
- Valid Driver's License
- Have reliable transportation
- Be age 19 or older
- Must be able to cover tattoos while at work
- Must be able to fluently speak English to communicate effectively with customers
