This is an in-person opportunity in our Birmingham, AL office in the 5 Points area.
We are looking for a Valuation Analyst to help the Valuation Team analyze incoming leads as they turn into appointments to analyze potential investments. Youll be responsible for a series of daily tasks, including reviewing the incoming information, assembling property specific information from a variety of sources, identify high priority leads, and preparing our acquisition agents. In this position, you will need to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Review incoming leads to identify key metrics
- Perform property research
- Analyze information from a variety of sources
- Identify leads to escalate for rapid review
- Prepare analysis reporting for the Acquisition Team
Requirements
- Superior ability to analyze information
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Google Docs (Sheets, Docs); very good with spreadsheets
- Experience as an analyst
- Good math skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred
