Who you are

Youre an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.

As a Valuation Associate, youll apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research, organize market and property information, and perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.). Youll work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.

What you bring

Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards certified general licenses.

An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.

Strong communication skills.

Bonus skills and experience

Experience with Argus Enterprise.

1-3 years of work experience in commercial real estate.

Strong analytical skills with deft attention to detail.

What success looks like

You are a self-starter who takes the initiative to work proactively on assignment related tasks.

You contribute to the valuation process by identifying errors, compliance issues and other anomalies.

You consistently deliver high quality work on time.
