Job Description-

Work Profile: Need experience in valuation, development advisory, commercial due diligence, and market research. Knowledge of building financial model is a must.

Experience in undertaking valuation of under construction or operational asset classes residential, commercial, retail, educational institutes, hospitals, industrial properties, etc. Experience in undertaking feasibility studies, highest & best use studies, commercial due diligence, market research reports, price discovery studies, etc.

Excellent knowledge of financial model is a must

Knowledge of report writing, either in word or in ppt

Must be a team player

Have interest and acumen to learn new things on job Qualification: MBA in Finance (preferred) / M-Tech in Planning Experience: 5 - 8 year
