Job Title: Varicent Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with business owners and technical team to understand business requirements, provide optional design solutions, including proper documentation.
Provide visionary solutions to compensation modeling focused on simplification of current state architecture and no-touch automation
Collaborate with multiple application delivery teams to provide compensation guidance for integrations and data feeds.
Deliver Varicent application solutions in accordance with application SDLC, and with data quality as a primary focus.
Participate in agile application development process; sprint planning, user story creation, story estimation, solution and technical documentation, release planning and execution.
Ensure all system changes have successfully passed regimented testing process.
Recommend platform, third party, and technologies to solve complicated business requirements, utilizing best practices.
Support business operations teams with enablement of projects releases
Document solution release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable delivery manager to release changes to production. Improve release management process and tools across development pipeline.
Generic Managerial Skills Must be able to manage all stakeholders in business and IT
