Job Description:
Desired Skills and Experience *
* A bachelor's degree in information technology or another relevant academic discipline.
* A minimum 5-8 years of experience working with electronic quality management systems for pharmaceutical / biotechnology manufacturing organizations.
* Functional and configuration experience working with Veeva Quality (eQMS and Quality Docs).
* Expertise in GxP environment with a focus on GMP
* An understanding of computer systems validation practices (GAMP)
Plusses
* Has experience working on a VEEVA QMS upgrade
* Change control experience
* Understands the deviation process
* Some experience as a Pm
Day-to-Day *
A growing biotech company based in MA is seeking a Functional Analyst to assist in the gathering the digital requirements of the user community, developing those needs into process flows and translating with the engineering team into robust designs. This is an exciting opportunity to participating in the digital vision of the company as they build world class quality systems to further our mission of delivering transformational mRNA medicine to patients. This position will play a key role partnering with our Quality / Quality Systems, system integrator and other business stakeholders to enable our systems and processes for long term success.
Here's What You'll Do:
* Partner with business stakeholders and system integrators to gather and write user requirements, user stories, and functional and technical specifications
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal / external digital teams to design, develop and implement solutions with integration to MES, SAP, and potentially lab systems
* Independently deliver projects and initiatives in a timely and qualitative manor
* Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues
* Participate in the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or potential system changes
