Strong Business Acumen in Commercial Operation                                                                                           

·         In-Depth understanding of Process flows within Commercial Operations aligned to CRM Objects

o   Affiliation, Customer Master                                                                      

·         Must have executed project in the Veeva CRM or Must have supported project in BA capacity                     

·         Strong understanding of Customer Master, Product Master, Product Hierarchy                                                   

·         Strong verbal and written communication                                                                                                            

·         Knowledge of Veeva Objects - Accounts, Alignment, Product, Affiliation, territory, Goals, Targets                

·         Works independently to perform functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)               

·         Author and maintain user and functional requirements                                                                                 

·         Manage and triage the operations support queue for incidents, service requests, enhancements               

·         Veeva CRM Certified Administrator
