Verista is seeking a driven and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis, evaluating business processes, and making recommendations for enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive change.

As the Veeva Vault QMS Business Analyst, you will report to the Business Operations Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize projects. Your work will help drive informed business decisions and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Veeva Vault QMS experience.
• Participate in working sessions with business end-user representatives, IT representatives and vendors to determine and document both current-state and future state processes, workflow diagrams and requirements
• Develop system & user acceptance testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements.
• Solid understanding of QMS systems, data and processes required
• Document management/content management experience needed. Contribute to the authoring of documentation such as:
  • Solution Implementation Plans and Summaries
  • Test Plans and Summaries
  • Requirement Traceability Matrix
  • Test scripts
  • Training documentation
  • Business Case/Project Charter
  • End User Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher required
• 3-7 years of business analysis experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
• Document management/content management experience needed.
• Veeva Vault experience is a must.
• Solid understanding of QMS systems, data and processes required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio
• Ability to break down and document complex processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
