Position- Veeva support analyst

Location- Onsite (Chicago, IL)

Contract Long Term Contract

Client: TCS

JD:-

• Hands on Veeva system, SQL, and Javascript with a preferred knowledge on Life Science Hub (LSH) and life sciences domain.
• Must have worked previously in production support.
• Gathering , understanding and analyzing Business Requirements
• Preparation of SRS, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications
• Establishing, Monitoring & Improving project processes, including Incident Management, Change Management and Quality Management.
• Identifying areas for improvements in the design/coding and implementing the same
• Ability to interact with business and understand business processes and basic terms. Candidate must possess a proven track record in terms of technical implementation as well as the ability to interact well with business clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (fluency in English) in addition to building and maintaining strong relationships in a global context, reconciling competing ideas on problems to a mutually beneficial conclusion are critical in this role;
• Strong analytical skills with proven global teamwork skills and ability to develop and foster networks in a global context.
• Ability to do support activities concurrently and adapt easily to changing priorities.
• Ability to facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical solutions;
• Ability to think creatively in challenging and changing situations, Strong facilitation skills
• Capable of sensing cultural awareness and obtaining feedback.
